As you can see, it was early evening with the Sun being quite low but the benefit of this is that the stunning beauty of the surrounding countryside is captured extremely well. The area where this video was taken is Belmont, near Bolton Lancashire. This road leads to Rivington Barn, a favourite bike meeting place on Sundays. I’ve been going there since 1980 when I rode my first bike, a Honda C50, there. Lovely place where you can get a beautiful full Sunday lunch of roast beef and Yorkshire pudding with vegetables. Yummy!
