We arrived apparently just a few minutes after the fire truck with flames shooting 15 – 20′ up the hill. Apparently, the motorcyclist, (unhurt), thought something was wrong, stopped, got off the bike and it burst into flames. With the current heat wave and temps at 95 deg at 9AM / 109 deg at 3PM, combined with our drought — it doesn’t take much for a fire to get out of control!
