HORRIBLE Customer Service From A Motorcycle Parts Company

Untitled-1Every now and then I run in to a horrible business/owner. It’s not about making mistakes, it’s about how you handle them. I’m a one man band small business owner myself, and I make plenty. But I always make it right by the customer when it’s my mistake, including the products I sell. After a fake refund order this LED light experience from ADVMonster turned out to be one of those experiences unfortunately. I only wanted the refund promised in writing a week ago. The trust in that is completely gone, and I can’t believe there are companies out there doing business like this. I vote with my wallet to support those that do RIGHT by the customer.
