Something that can be a bit frustrating is the fact the SENA keeps changing the way you use their devices with many of the firmware updates. The most important thing you can do is toss the paper manuals and ONLY go by the current PDF available on the website, it is the only source for current instructions if you are running the current firmware. That being said, playing music from your paired smartphone can be a bit confusing as the manual does not completely spell things out, and there are a few little gotchas. Once you are aware of what you need to do however, it’s quite cool. And yes I mis-spoke, I meant to say ‘Hello SENA’ to initiate voice commands.
