I have been riding with these for the past couple weeks in 80-95 deg weather and they work absolutely perfectly, keeping me cool and dry, as aptly named! They are 100% polyester with a very light stretchy feel. I don’t wear them tight, I’m 6’2″ 250 lbs. and have them in XL with plenty of room even in riding position. I’m never sweaty after a ride and I can’t recommend them enough. I got them on Amazon for under $15 for a 2-pack.
