Back On The Bike To The Beach

Getting back in the saddle after almost a month, I took a leisurely ride down to Clearwater Beach for lunch/dinner.  My eyes were FAR greater than my stomach and I ended up having 1 whopping hotdog and about 10 fries lol.  My head is finally clear enough where I felt comfortable riding.  Until now, the meds and glocose level changes have been hitting me hard enough where it felt like my head was in pea soup but now it only lasts about an hour after I take everything.  It felt great to get back on two wheels!
