Tips For Setting Up A New Motorcycle Battery

When you get a new wet motorcycle or other powersport battery, you often need to fill it with the acid before use.  This will either be a single fill bottle and rubber tube you need to fill each cell with, or an all-in-one bottle you simply pop on top of the battery and let it go.  In either case make sure you follow the instructions to let it sit and soak in before charging up.  Most importantly always use eye protection and immediately wash any fluid off skin contact with water.
